Booking An Appointment

Appointments can be made online via the link below. Please ensure you include why you are attending an appointment in the comments section of your appointment.

Bookings have been categorised to direct you towards the correct physio for your care! If you’re unsure which category you fall into, you can choose our “500 Initial Physiotherapy Appointment”.

Cancellation Policy:

You can reschedule your appointment via our on-line portal, email or by phone. Cancellations within a 24 hour window will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 4hrs notice, and non-attended appointments will be billed at the full appointment fee. Classes cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, are ultimately forfeited. 

This policy is in place to protect our clinic, and especially our long waitlist of patients requiring an appointment. In order for this policy to be effective, we have to apply it across the board, regardless of your reason for cancelling. 

If you need to cancel your appointment outside of our opening hours, please leave a voicemail or email us at info@thepelvicstudio.com, as these are both monitored out of hours.
